1.     Procure all materials required and needed for all projects

a.     Provided on time

b.     Within allocated budget, if it exceeds provide valid reason and recommendation

c.      Cost-effective and appropriate materials

2.     Communicate with the President, Site Engineers, and Foreman with regards to requisitions.

a.     Clarification of requests from the Foreman and Site Engineers

b.     Verification of requests from Site Project

c.      Check current stock of tools and equipment on all project sites

d.     Obtaining approval from the President

3.     Communicate with Suppliers on product availability and delivery.

a.     Source out the most competitive price from trusted suppliers

b.     Ensure that all necessary details of the construction materials are asked and elaborated

c.      Verify specifications and prices from the suppliers

d.     Recommendations from suppliers for substitute items if necessary

e.     Schedule on time delivery

4.     Maintain effective Purchase Order System

a.     Receive material order from site

b.     Log at system and logbook

c.      Check and update material monitoring

d.     Canvass materials from suppliers

e.     Ask for approval of purchases from the President

f Proceed Purchase Order upon approval from the President

g.     Schedule and provide instructions to drivers

h.     Deliver to site

i Upon arrival of drivers, get the Delivery Receipt (DR)

j Retrieve delivery order from site

k.      Update log at system

l The delivery receipt should be signed by the President immediately

m.    Give the signed delivery receipt to the Accounting Department

5.     Prepare all the needed construction materials prior to implementation and execution of projects.

6.     Inventory of construction materials upon demobilization.
