The Sales Operations Specialist will work as a business advisor who provides sales management support to the BUE. In this role the candidate will closely collaborate with other functions of the organization such as Sales, Finance, etc. He/She will work closely with the Operations Director, Region Sales leader and other team members to manage data, generate reports and support the sales team's day to day needs

Main Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Specialist role include:

  • Assist in generating regular sales report to track sales performance, pipeline and key metrics

  • Work closely with different functions to ensure alignment and smooth operations

  • Operational support such as order loading for customer, Target setting, Sales Forecast consolidations, tracking of order load reports, liaising with Business Partners/Suppliers, etc

  • Provide operational support to Business Partners

  • Work with the supply and logistics teams on order management and supply planning.

  • Ensure that pipeline is managed properly and be able to support the countries regarding the CRM Oracle based Tool.

  • Provide data, analyses, modeling and reporting to support sales team

  • Will be involved in Quarter closing and work closely with Finance and Accounting.

  • Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales operations including order discrepancies and system errors

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales operations processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales operation experience internal and external

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to develop fully understanding of all aspects of the department

  • Oracle / SAP experience strongly recommended, not required
