Key Responsibilities:

Creative Production

  • Design static posts, animated carousels, and brand-approved templates for multiple channels

· Video Editing & Optimization

  • Edit long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) videos with polished cuts, motion graphics, captions, and sound design
  • Repurpose existing footage into platform-specific clips

Cross-Team Collaboration & Project Management:

· Liaison & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between our core team and external social media teams in the US, Europe, and Asia
  • Manage shared content calendars, asset handoffs, and feedback loops across time zones

· Workflow & Process Ownership

  • Establish clear project timelines, task assignments, and version control in tools like Asana, Trello, or
  • Proactively flag risks, escalations, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery

Strategy & Optimization:

  • Maintain close alignment with brand guidelines for each entity
  • Analyze performance metrics; recommend creative or scheduling tweaks
  • Stay on top of global platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years designing and editing for social media across multiple brands

Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Trello, )

Project Management Aptitude:

  • Proven experience juggling concurrent campaigns, timelines, and stakeholder reviews
  • Strong communicator who can bridge creative and operational teams

Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across global teams
