Job Purpose

  • Responsible for planning, managing and monitoring all accounts endorsed for litigation.
  • Oversees performance of Law Offices and recommends strategies in increasing the collection rate of accounts filed for litigation.
  • Reviews and evaluates the accounts endorsed for litigation and recommends plan of action for un-located/uncontacted accounts.
  • Coordinates with legal professionals as to changes / updates in Court rulings.
  • Attends Court hearings to represent the Company during Mediation, Pre-trial, Trial proper, consultation meetings and other related legal work.
  • Prepares pertinent legal documents (Motion for Reconsideration, Manifestation for Small Claims cases) for consideration by the Division / Division Head.
  • Responsible for the investigation and resolution of client complaints

Job Requirements

  • College graduate of any four-year course
  • Preferably with collection operations experience handling external collection agencies/law office
  • A plus if with experience in managing sum of money and small claims cases
  • Must possess very good analytical, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
