Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare letters, contracts, legal opinions and pleadings
  • Expected to attend hearings before MeTC, RTC, PRC and other government agencies
  • Legal research
  • Attend to corporate and tax concerns of clients
  • Represent clients in criminal and civil litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage or advise clients on legal transactions.
  • Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
  • Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

CPAs or applicants with Finance/Mathematics degree or other related course are preferred.
