Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift

What You'll Do:

  • Champion assigned oncology products within the company
  • Develop and execute cost-effective marketing plans
  • Stay informed on market trends, competition, and distribution channels
  • Support training initiatives for new and existing sales team members
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology
  • Update monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products
  • Collaborate on strategic projects with Sales & Marketing leadership
  • Perform other tasks aligned with business goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related course
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in pharma (oncology experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Skilled in market research and data analysis
  • Proficient in presentation tools and computer applications
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork across the Philippines
