Product Manager (Oncology Division)

Location: Makati (Onsite with frequent fieldwork)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to champion our oncology product portfolio. The role involves driving product development, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring sales targets and market growth are achieved. You will act as the product expert, supporting the sales team, monitoring market trends, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the company's product champion for assigned products.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing plans and strategies within set timelines.
  • Stay updated on competitive activities, pricing, government policies, and product distribution channels.
  • Support the Training Manager in developing product training materials and conducting training for the Sales Team.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Sales Teams to update and enrich product knowledge.
  • Build rapport with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the assigned specialty areas.
  • Update rolling forecasts for assigned products on a monthly basis.
  • Support strategic projects assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with oncology products.
  • Willingness to conduct frequent fieldwork nationwide.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related course.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Creative, self-motivated, with experience in market research, data interpretation, and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills, technical background in product development/management, and attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in presentation tools.
