Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to handle product planning, management, and marketing for assigned products. The main goal of this role is to grow sales, improve profits, and increase market share. You will be the main product lead, responsible for ensuring marketing success, tracking industry and competitor updates, and supporting the sales team with product knowledge and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead for assigned products.
  • Create and execute marketing plans within set timelines.
  • Monitor competitors, pricing, government regulations, and distribution channels.
  • Assist the Training Manager in preparing product training materials.
  • Meet with Sales Teams to update and improve product knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with key doctors and specialists.
  • Update monthly sales forecasts for assigned products.
  • Support strategic projects and assignments from the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry (oncology background required).
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork across the Philippines.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related course.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and skilled in market research and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Knowledgeable in product development and management.
  • Proficient in computer applications and presentation tools.
