Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost sales performance of the company's food and beverage products and services. This role ensures that all marketing activities align with the company's vision, brand standards, and business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's F&B brands, products, and services.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and customer reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Prepare marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Train, supervise, and lead the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local and global F&B market trends is an advantage.
