About the Team & Business Line: 

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. 

As a core member of our Private Assets team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. 

Your Role: 

• Act as a strategic leader to partner in developing and driving the future vision of Private Assets / Hedge Funds.

• Lead employee engagements and development initiatives.

• Oversee resource allocation and workflow to meet client SLAs

• Assist with recruitment, employee assessment and business planning

• Monitor and manage Risk and Performance Dashboards across clients.

• Actively work with multiple departments/function groups across the firm to drive results and deliverables

• Implement global standards for work processes and ensure ongoing monitoring of control environment.

• Provide the best-in-class client service to a group of high-profile Private Asset/ Hedge Funds.

• You will work with Global Leads to develop global strategy for offerings and line of business, including coordination with Head of Operations to ensure that product line is and continue to be supported in an optimized model.

• Develop and oversee critical projects that produce cost and production efficiencies

• Develop, adhere and maintain targets concerning staffing: production and productivity

• Participate in and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business

About You:

• You have a University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA).

• You have 12+ years public/private accounting experience, predominantly in the private assets or private equity sector.

• Proven experience in leadership role, preferably as an Executive Vice President or equivalent

• Experience in managing client relationships and/or with the controllership function of an alternative asset manager

• Strong skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting

• Strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modelling and calculations

• Expertise with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in specific respect of application to the alternative asset management sector

• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Word), experienced user of the FIS Investran PE accounting platform highly desirable
