Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Compliance Officer based in Ortigas. The Senior Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory adherence, and mitigating potential risks. Core tasks include monitoring regulatory updates, conducting compliance audits, reporting findings, and collaborating with departments to develop compliant policies. The position also involves maintaining clear communication channels with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to align processes with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance frameworks
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating risks, policies, and enforcement mechanisms
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with regulatory agencies and internal teams effectively
  • Knowledge and background in Finance for assessing financial compliance and reporting requirements
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in compliance or a related field is a plus
  • Focus areas: Risk and compliance, IT compliance and audit, Governance and audit-related tasks
