JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, guiding the team toward achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. This role requires close coordination with the Sales Manager to align strategies and ensure effective execution of sales plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a proven track record of success in a supervisory or team lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to sales representatives.
  • Planning sales targets and coordinating the schedules of sales representatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, team activities, and client feedback.
  • Accompany the sales team during client presentations, site visits, and market saturation efforts.
  • Ensure that the team meets individual and group sales targets.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales calls, visits, and documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager as needed.
