We're looking for a Junior React Engineer with strong technical support skills to join our team. You'll be supporting users of our AI agentic platform, which acts as a virtual CTO and developer—transforming project briefs, mockups, or screenshots into working full-stack applications.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about both hands-on coding and user support, and is eager to grow in a modern AI-first product environment.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues related to the AI agentic development platform.

  • Provide technical support to users building full-stack apps (React frontend + Python/FastAPI backend).

  • Reproduce bugs, analyze stack traces, and identify possible root causes.

  • Research and understand technical problems encountered by non-technical users.

  • Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and improve the user experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience with in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher.

  • Ability to work night shifts and occasional holidays (on rotation).

  • Willingness to visit Cebu or Manila office in emergency situations (very rare).

  • Comfortable using tools like Git, terminal, browser dev tools, etc.
