Financial Executive

Location: Metro Manila

Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PH Time

Industry: Real Estate

We are looking for a highly proactive Financial Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking sector or within a fiduciary service provider, and must be comfortable working with international clients—particularly in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to CEO/senior management
  • Assist with financial documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate schedules, communications, and follow-ups
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of tasks
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Experience in banking or fiduciary services
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience with UK clients or UK financial market is a strong advantage
