Production Engineering Division Manager

  • Develops, evaluates and assists in the direction of improving processes for all production activities including evaluation, creation and revision of systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control and implementing change.
  • Oversees the manufacturing standard operating procedures, process flow, work instructions implementations.
  • Checks and identify critical process flow and activities and develop preventive measures to address such.
  • Implement initiatives to achieve team targets relating to Quality, Cost and Delivery.
  • Analyzes manufacturing process and implement measures to utilize fully the resources; machines and manpower.
  • Manage on-going cost reduction and continuous improvement programs to reduce manufacturing expenses and labor cost.
  • Prepares budget allocation/requirements of the team.
  • Maximizes all resources with respect to 4M; man, machine, material and method.
  • Ensures achievement of production target output and delivery on time.
  • Monitor direct and indirect material inventory thru SAP.
  • Manage corrective and preventive actions to verify compliance to ensure conformance.
  • Recommends hiring, promotion, transfer and other necessary movement of personnel. Recommends penalties for any violation based on company rules and regulations.
  • Ensures employees are properly guided and in compliance with the all company rules and standards.
  • Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical, preferably licensed
  • With at least five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing set-up in the same capacity
  • With strong knowledge and experience using analytical and problem-solving techniques for data analysis
  • With strong knowledge in interpretation and application of machine drawings and its supporting documents
  • Proficient in computer skills and AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Excellent decision-making skills, strong leadership and communication proficiency
  • With high skills in planning, leading, organizing, and controlling a Team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
