JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitoring quality of product on production line.
  • Performing inspection of products to ensure quality and customer specifications prior shipments of product.
  • Participating on IP, RPA, and Kaizen
  • Handling NPI build evaluation and special request from customer.
  • Performing measurements, collect data and generate reports for internal data and customer requests.
  • Providing QSI, WI, ISO, and other quality related documents.
  • Ensuring that product quality met customer specifications from BOM, product drawing and other related reference guidelines.
  • Attending daily meeting and present quality reports progress.
  • Maintaining 7S in work area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Engineering Courses (Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, etc.)
  • Must have at least 1-4 years of relevant experience in Quality and NPI field.
  • Proficient in 7QC Tools, SPC, 8D, FMEA.
  • Able to handle customer complaints.
  • Good communication skills.

Willing to be assigned in FPIP Site.
