SMT Engineer A

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor product quality on the production line to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct product inspections to verify alignment with customer specifications before shipment.
• Participate in improvement initiatives such as IP, RPA, and Kaizen activities.
• Handle evaluations for NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and manage special customer requests.
• Perform measurements, collect data, and prepare reports for internal use and customer requirements.
• Prepare and provide quality-related documents such as QSI, Work Instructions (WI), ISO compliance files, and others.
• Ensure product quality by reviewing BOMs, product drawings, and other relevant reference materials.
• Attend daily meetings and present updates on quality performance and progress.
• Maintain 7S practices within the work area.
• Handle projects related to Automation and RPA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in (Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, etc.) or any programming related course.
• Must have at least
  4 years
  of relevant experience in Quality and NPI field.
• Proficient in 7QC Tools, SPC, 8D, FMEA.
• Able to handle customer complaints.
• Good communication skills.
