Job Description

Interns will support the Process Team by performing structured, side-by-side reviews of AI-refactored articles against their original versions. Their work will ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in the transformed knowledge base. They will follow provided guidelines and collaborate with team members to flag and correct any content mismatches.

  • Conduct side-by-side comparison of original and AI-refactored knowledge articles.
  • Identify and flag missing, added, or incorrectly modified information.
  • Validate that content remains true to the original source in meaning and detail.
  • Follow documented instructions, templates, and content rules provided by the team.
  • Collaborate with team members for alignment and clarification of findings.
  • Ensure consistent output across assigned article batches.
