About Us:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly meticulous and organised Document Processing Specialist to support our visa application workflow. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing sensitive client documentation, ensuring that all records meet the required standards for Australian immigration authorities. Your work will directly support our client-facing team, helping to streamline our operations and ensure a smooth, compliant visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:
●Conduct thorough quality checks on client-submitted documents to ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
● Verify accuracy, legibility, expiration dates, and image quality of uploaded documentation.
● Extract and summarise key information from documents into structured records or forms.
● Reformat and collate documents into clean, professional formats—often creating visual digital photo albums using tools like Canva.
● Accurately complete Australian immigration and government forms by transferring data from source documents.
● Maintain detailed tracking logs and document management systems for each client case.
● Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive client documents at all times.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and correctly formatted before submission.

Skills & Experience:
● 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, document processing, or records management roles.
● Previous experience in a migration agency, legal, or government setting (preferred but not required).
● Familiarity with visa documentation and Australian immigration processes is an advantage.
● Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative and data entry tasks.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other collaborative tools.
● Experience using Canva or similar design tools for basic layout and formatting.

Work Schedule
● Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT)
