CLIENT BACKGROUND
Founded in the 1980s, our client is a well-established CPA firm based in North Carolina, specializing in serving independent pharmacies across the United States. Their client base is made up of small business owners in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, and the firm is known for its deep industry expertise and personalized service.
Rooted in family values, the firm maintains a team of long-tenured employees who contribute to a collaborative, close-knit, and remote-friendly environment. - Communicate complex tax issues clearly and confidently to clients.
Collaboration & Mentoring
- Guide, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff and preparers.

- Assist in developing and improving internal tax processes and quality control protocols.
Audit Support & Documentation
- Assist clients during IRS or state audits by supplying accurate records and support.
- Ensure well-organized documentation of tax work papers and client correspondence.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Qualification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years U.S. tax review experience (S-corps required)
- Experience with individual, corporate, and partnership tax and tax planning.
- Familiarity with pharmacy-specific tax regulations and compliance requirements.
