Running Consultant delivers efficient and high-quality customer service at all times by providing expert running consultations and assisting customers in selecting the most suitable merchandise.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists customers in choosing merchandise, offering guidance on style, color, and size.
  • Conducts Video Gait Analysis and Footprint Scanning to support customers in finding the right footwear.
  • Replenishes merchandise on display and ensures stock availability in the selling area.
  • Strictly follows store guidelines and policies related to customer service initiatives.
  • Protects merchandise within the assigned area from shoplifting, breakage, or damage.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the work area to support smooth store operations.
  • Actively supports management decisions, requirements, and expectations. Performs other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Nursing, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, or Nutrition and Dietetics or BS Education major in Physical Education.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in running or being an athlete is an advantage
  • With good communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates applicants are very much welcome to apply
  • Will to assigned in RUNNR AYALA CENTER CEBU and can work during Mall Hours
