A leading global chemical manufacturing company is hiring
Commercial Finance Manager
for their office in Taguig City.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pricing strategy and support commercial planning across business units
  • Analyze sales performance, cost structures, and profitability to guide decision-making
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams on financial forecasting and reporting
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor key business metrics
  • Collaborate on initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, cost efficiency, and margin protection
  • Lead or support projects related to customer experience, order fulfillment, and stock management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
  • MBA or certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred
  • Minimum of
    8 years' experience
    in finance or commercial finance roles
  • Industry background in
    chemical, manufacturing, or construction
    is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of
    pricing strategy, commercial contracts, sales reporting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in
    Power BI, SAP, Salesforce
    , or similar reporting tools
  • Comfortable working in a
    multinational and cross-functional environment
