Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our online sales agents, moderators, and showroom sales staff. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on conversion, KPI enforcement, and sales execution across digital platforms and physical stores.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise online sales agents (Messenger, website chat, Viber, WhatsApp), moderators, and in-store sales staff
• Ensure all online inquiries and walk-in customers are properly handled and converted
• Enforce strict KPIs: response time, leads handled, conversion rate, sales value, and follow-ups
• Track daily sales performance using Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or internal dashboards
• Identify underperformers early and implement corrective coaching
• Train teams on product knowledge, selling flow, objection handling, closing, and upselling
• Conduct role-plays, script alignment, and in-store sales observation
• Oversee moderators to ensure no inquiries are missed and leads are routed correctly
• Align sales execution with marketing promos and operational availability
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Minimum Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel sales
• At least 1 year experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Lead
• Proven ability to drive conversion and revenue, both online and in-store
• Strong KPI mindset; confident in enforcing metrics (non-negotiable)
• Advanced user of Google Sheets / Excel; familiar with CRM tools
• Strong leadership presence—firm, fair, and data-driven
• Excellent communication skills (English & Taglish)
• Highly organized, accountable, and calm under pressure
• Experience in furniture, appliances, or high-ticket retail is a strong advantage
