Sales Supervisor

Responsible for the overall performance, motivation, and discipline of team members in order to meet corporate sales objectives of the company and to achieve customer satisfaction. Recommends tactical (such as but not limited to correct technical recommendation and pricing) and strategic directions to the Sales Manager that would effectively cater a professional and excellent level of customer service to the new and existing customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountable for achieving the monthly, quarterly and yearly team and individual targets by monitoring and supervising the sales engineers' daily activities and outputs (such as prospecting, lead generation, product presentation, etc.) through regular WIG meetings.
Ensures that the team is updated with current product advancements, market trends, competitor pricing, etc.
Reviews current sales strategic practices and recommends new effective sales strategies (like identifying appropriate business targets, pricing, discount matrix, marketing strategies, etc.) to generate more sales opportunities.
Accountable for managing client database and takes appropriate actions on untapped prospects.
Manages customer concerns and communicates weekly to the Sales Manager pressing concerns/issues of Sales Engineers that may need further intervention.
Accountable for representing the team / company for client meetings in the absence of the assigned Sales Engineer.
Approval of necessary sales and non-sales transactions such as quotation, HRIS attendance filing, disbursements, and etc.
Qualifications:
Must have a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Marketing/Engineering or any related course
Must have at least three (3) years working experience in team supervision and management, and one (1) year experience in the same industry
Must have a pleasing personality
Must have proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
Must have extensive experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
Must have excellent oral and written communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
Must be analytical enough to interpret sales performance and market trend information
Must have advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheet and presentation applications
Must have a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
