Client Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and company.
- Understand client needs and communicate project requirements clearly to internal teams.
- Manage and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status, sample submissions, approvals, and production schedules.
- Support clients in the product development process, including formulation selection, packaging options, and regulatory requirements.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications, project details, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project reports as needed.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
