Qore Resource Solutions is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm dedicated to helping clients establish and manage remote teams in the Philippines. We provide tailored support that enhances operational efficiency and drives business growth, enabling our clients to focus on their core objectives. We will be supporting our client in co-managing the this MVA position in the Manila.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a multi-office medical practice based in New York seeking an enthusiastic, high-energy, and interactive patient coordinator. You will play a crucial role as the voice and first point of contact for practice, handling patient communication, scheduling, insurance coordination, and daily operational support.

This is an onsite hybrid position; this is NOT a contractor or freelance position. It is based in BGC, working the night shift (Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM) and following the Philippines holiday schedule. The Work from Office Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the option to reduce to 2 days WFO per week upon successful completion probation.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the New York Staff with the direct the operational flow of a busy, multi-doctor medical office

  • Verify patient insurance information and update records

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and documentation

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages; relay information to the appropriate parties

  • Provide clear, detailed explanations to doctors and patients

  • Manage doctors' calendars and coordinate patient appointments

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the physicians

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical field or administrative field

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Must be within commuting distance of BGC (hybrid/onsite requirement)

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple doctors and multiple offices

  • Willing to work the night shift aligned with New York (EST) hours

  • At least 3 years of administrative or customer service experience for a medical practice

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel including pivot tables)

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and G Suite application

Preferred:

  • Background in US Physical Therapy or Chiropractic settings

  • Knowledge of US medical and insurance terminology

  • Experience with US healthcare insurance processes

  • RN/USRN background

  • Previous experience working in a BPO environment.
