About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an expert in Meta Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and Google Ads, with a strong background in planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns. You will play a key role in driving measurable results across multiple platforms while collaborating with creative and strategy teams to support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Manage ad campaigns in Meta Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize funnels to maximize ROI.
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor industry trends and platform updates to consistently improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads and messaging align with business objectives.
  • Manage and grow social media pages, including posting, engagement, and organic reach.
  • Provide clear and consistent campaign reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong focus on Meta advertising platforms.
  • Proven success in leading and optimizing lead-generation campaigns.
  • Expertise with Meta ecosystem tools: targeting, bidding, pixel setup, conversion tracking, testing, and analytics.
  • Skilled in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong knowledge of lead funnels and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to analyze metrics, identify insights, and adjust strategies based on performance and algorithm changes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
