Inventory and Audit Associate

We're looking for someone smart, organized, and proactive to help manage and audit our clinic inventory. You'll be expected to study our clinic software (Zenoti), input records, match supplies vs receipts, and help us spot inconsistencies. Ideal for someone who takes initiative and works independently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Encode inventory data and receipts accurately
  • Monitor usage of serums, disposables, and other clinic supplies
  • Reconcile stock records with actual deliveries and usage
  • Identify discrepancies and assist in internal audit reports
  • Learn and operate the Zenoti inventory module (self-study required)
  • Organize inventory documentation and maintain updated records

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (Accounting, Business Admin, or related course)
  • Experience in inventory or stock management preferred
  • Strong in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Willing to learn independently and troubleshoot workflow issues
  • Highly organized, honest, and reliable
  • Experience in clinics, spa, salon, or retail setting is a plus
