Job Description

We are hiring Audit Associates to join our growing Audit and Control Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting internal audit activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to risk management initiatives.

Each role will support internal audit functions with a focus on the following areas:

1. Audit Associate – Accounts Payable

  • Conducts review and audit of AP transactions and disbursement vouchers
  • Validates supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Identifies discrepancies or non-compliance with internal policies
  • Coordinates with the AP team to clarify and resolve issues
  • Prepares audit working papers and assists in reporting audit findings

2. Audit Associate – Operations

  • Audits operational processes, documentation, and compliance with SOPs
  • Conducts physical checks, surprise audits, and risk-based reviews
  • Helps assess efficiency and effectiveness of key operational controls
  • Prepares audit summaries and assists in documenting findings and recommendations
  • Works with various departments to resolve issues and improve procedures

General Responsibilities

  • Support the Audit and Control Manager in daily audit tasks
  • Maintain organized records of audit activities and findings
  • Assist in special reviews, investigations, and internal control projects
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for audit schedules

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related field
  • Preferably with 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
  • Willing to work on-site at our Head office
  • Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

Work Location: 14 Egea Street, Cubao, Quezon City 1111

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays , 8:00 AM to 5:00 AM and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
