Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and damages.
  • Manage day-to-day inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product availability. Communicate with the management, sales, and procurement to align stock levels with demand forecasts.
  • Analyze inventory trends and data to establish accurate reorder points and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery management.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Support order fulfillment and distribution across multiple branches.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies across warehouses.
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems and generate regular reports for management to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or global supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (MS NAV) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
