Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Accountancy, or any four-year course preferred
  • Experience in inventory management preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent skill in planning, prioritizing, and organizing
  • Can work under pressure, and minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Follows the company's inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedure
  • Records daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory
  • Creates detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels
  • Anticipate future needs in inventory operations and stock levels
  • Assists in reconciling physical stock with the system's stock
  • Ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the stock room
  • Ensures the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and is involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packaging, and unpacking
