We're seeking an accomplished DevOps Technical Lead with hands-on mobile experience to drive innovation and performance across our distributed teams. This is a unique opportunity to architect and operate robust pipelines, enable seamless app delivery, and set the standard for excellence in cross-platform development.

Role Summary

You'll lead technical decision-making and DevOps strategy for mobile projects, empowering development teams to deliver high-quality apps with speed and reliability. By partnering with product, engineering, and operations, you'll create integrated solutions that fuse backend architecture, automation, and world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (Flutter, iOS, Android), from initial development through deployment and post-launch optimization.
  • Design infrastructure and processes for scalable builds, integrations, and releases across RESTful and GraphQL APIs and various backend stacks , Java, .NET, Go).
  • Champion code quality and operational reliability, facilitating code reviews and embedding best DevOps and mobile engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical challenges, establishing streamlined workflows across time zones and regions.
  • Continuously research and apply emerging tools, patterns, and automation strategies to advance both mobile and backend delivery.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading DevOps practices for mobile applications, including expertise with CI/CD, automation tools, and infrastructure engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile development (Flutter, iOS, Android) and strong practical skills integrating RESTful, GraphQL, and third-party services.
  • Comfortable coaching, guiding, and collaborating with distributed engineering teams in dynamic, multicultural environments.
  • Passion for code quality, continuous improvement, and resilient, secure system design.
  • Strong communicator and team player who excels in agile, diverse settings.
