ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance of all aspects of hotel, including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, painting, exterior grounds, lighting, electrical, carpentry, masonry
  • Coordinate with outside vendors on repair, upgrades, and replacement
  • Respond to requests that require repair; including but not limited to television, Internet/computer, HVAC, and plumbing concerns
  • Coordinate regular inspections of fire alarm, sprinkler systems, elevators, board of health items

Requirements

  • Graduates of leading universities strongly preferred
  • We accept Vocational Graduates with experience
  • Preferably with experience in Aircon and Refrigerator repair and maintenance.
  • With extensive experience in building maintenance gained from hospitality industry
  • Recent graduates with excellent records and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
