Job Description – Vendor Debits / Bid Loading

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing vendor debit and bid loading activities, ensuring accurate processing of special pricing requests, and supporting sales teams with vendor pass-through pricing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate Special Pricing Requests (SPRs) submitted by sales and internal teams.
  • Administer and maintain vendor pass-through special pricing programs.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to ensure accurate bid loading and timely approvals.
  • Review and verify vendor debits to ensure compliance with program rules and pricing agreements.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, vendor claims, and debit entries.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and audit trails for all processed pricing activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in vendor management, pricing operations, or sales support functions.
  • Strong analytical and data validation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple requests with tight timelines.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
