Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Specialist ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our online stores across platforms such as Shopee
,
Lazada
, and others. The role involves monitoring store performance, managing campaigns, overseeing stock and account health, and driving sales growth through effective execution of e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations:
    Monitor fulfillment, listings, and customer service performance.
  • Sales & Insights:
    Track sales, orders, best-selling items, and provide business insights and reports.
  • Campaigns & Promotions:
    Plan, execute, and monitor platform campaigns, flash sales, and vouchers.
  • Store Optimization:
    Update store visuals and layouts to enhance user experience.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Manage chat broadcasts, respond to inquiries, and boost engagement.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Account Health:
    Ensure compliance with platform policies and manage ad performance.
  • Price Management:
    Conduct price checks and update rebated prices for competitiveness.
  • Business Reviews:
    Prepare quarterly performance reports and support review meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, E-Commerce, Marketing
    , or related field
  • 1–2 years
    of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    and
    Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • On-site position:
    New Manila, Quezon City (6 days/week)
