Job Purpose:

A critical role is to ensure the delivery of UAT testing processes. The Quality Assurance Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and systems by designing, implementing, and executing ROB teams to identify and address defects, improve product reliability, and enhance user satisfaction. By developing and maintaining testing frameworks, tools, and documentation, the role supports continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards, ensuring the organization's solutions meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Review software requirements and create detailed test cases
  • Perform manual testing and create and execute automated test scripts
  • Document test results and log defects in tracking system
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, address quality concerns, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings with development team
  • Update product specifications and documentation
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum, adoption of Agile/Scrum principles

  • Proven track record in performing manual testing and automated test scripts
  • Proven track record in identifying and reporting issues in test environments
  • Proven track record in tracking defects to resolution
  • Proven track record managing the test planning and release process
  • Proven track record in maintaining the quality and accuracy of test data

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience with Manual and Automated Testing in .NET
  • Knowledge of the SDLC
  • Experience in Jira, Confluence and Java
  • Proficiency in Version Control Principles, Database Testing and System Integration Testing
  • Nice to have: experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Bitbucket, Jenkins or IntelliJ IDEA, Azure DevOps
