Role Description

Thia is a full-time managerial role designed for dynamic leaders. It comes with a competitive hit-and-pay allowance plus attractive commissions—offering both financial rewards and career growth.Hit and pay allowance means, you have to be able to hit your goals first before getting the allowance, but that is on top of you unlimited commissions.

Qualifications
:

Proven leadership experience, having managed at least 3-5 team members in a previous role

Bachelor's degree (any field)

Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools

With Sales experience

Insurance industry background is an advantage, but not mandatory

Must pass the Insurance Licensure Examinatio
