DISPATCH OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all items are loaded onto the trucks assigned to their specific routes
  • Confirming if the deliveries if there are any discrepancies to the branch concern
  • Receiving of local and supplies
  • Coordinates daily dispatch operations including the preparation and reviews of the needed delivery documents
  • Monitor deliveries and shipments
  • Handles delivery issues and complaints and coordinate with the Warehouse Team

Qualifications:

  • College level or College Graduate
  • Hardworking and has initiative and integrity
  • Willing to work on Holiday and willing to render Overtime
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
