JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Office Sales Assistant to join our sales team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce and explain company products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and questions professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and pipeline growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer service role preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Confident, persistent, and results-driven
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
