Responsibilities:

  • Intentional Quality Control: Ensure that level of food quality, portion control and plate presentation is adhered consistently at all times.
  • Lifelong Learners & Business Acumen: Active cost controlling and maintaining of food cost is monitored to drive continuous improvement in profitability.
  • See Ahead Management: You are responsible for assisting the management of the hot kitchen area, always anticipating needs and ensuring seamless service.
  • Effective Communicators & Compliance: Monitor the kitchen and ensure compliance with all standards and best practices in kitchen operations through clear communication and instruction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year experience in the hot kitchen is required.
  • Leadership (Maaruga): You must demonstrate quality consciousness, leadership, and showing respect and guidance to your team.
  • Performance: Position and compensation are dependent on prior experience and interview performance.
  • Education: Any tertiary qualification is required for this position.
