Chef de Partie

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at Zirconia Inc' in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our hot kitchen and cold kitchen operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes in the hot kitchen and cold kitchen as per our menu requirements
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Assisting in the supervision and training of junior kitchen staff, including commis chefs and kitchen porters
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment in your designated kitchen sections
• Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes
• Adhering to all food safety, hygiene and health regulations
• Participating in regular inventory checks and ordering of necessary supplies and ingredients

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Formal culinary training and a recognised chef qualification
• Extensive knowledge of a wide range of cooking techniques, cuisines and dietary requirements
• Strong attention to detail, consistency and presentation
• Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
