The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital and Social Media Specialist to join the dynamic Marketing & Communications team at STI Education Services Group, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our educational institution.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, to increase follower growth, engagement, and conversions
  2. Create and curate engaging, visually-appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience
  3. Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and email marketing
  4. Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and optimise strategies for improved results
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns that support our overall marketing objectives
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role
  3. Proficient in the use of social media platforms, content creation tools, and marketing analytics software
  4. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes
