Primary Skills

  • Serve as the top-tier technical Subject Matter Expert for the entire Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
  • Define, design, implement, and govern robust IAM solutions aligned with security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Architect and manage integrations for user identity lifecycle across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Provide deep technical expertise and troubleshooting for complex IAM and access-related incidents.
  • Perform hands-on implementation, configuration, and maintenance of core IAM solutions.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) using
    Beyondtrust
    and
    CyberArk
    .
  • Manage and optimize Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, including access reviews and provisioning.
  • Design and administer Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions utilizing
    RH SSO
    and leveraging native cloud capabilities.
  • Configure and maintain cloud-based identity services, specifically
    Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
    and
    AWS IAM
    .
  • Develop, deploy, and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) services across the enterprise.
  • Implement and support MFA technologies including
    Centagate
    ,
    NetScaler
    , and
    RSA CAS
    for secure authentication.
  • Govern access to critical assets and services, ensuring least privilege principles are enforced.
  • Oversee credential management, vaulting, and rotation policies for privileged accounts using tools like
    CyberArk
    and
    Safenet
    .
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to onboard new systems into the centralized IAM framework.
  • Perform regular security assessments, capacity planning, and health checks on all IAM systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and architecture.
  • Ensure IAM systems maintain high availability, performance, and scalability across the organization.
  • Stay current with emerging threats, industry trends, and new IAM technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior IAM analysts and engineers.
  • Drive automation of routine IAM tasks using scripting and orchestration tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for all technical issues related to Identity and Access Management platforms.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR and NIST
