Job Summary: Cambridge Preschool Philippines is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent college graduate with an IT background to join our team as a Marketing & IT Manager. This full-time, entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in both marketing and IT within a dynamic and rewarding educational environment. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a strong foundation in IT, and have a passion for early childhood education. We will provide training and mentorship to develop your marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
IT:
● Website Management: Assist in maintaining the school website ), ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
● IT Support: Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
● Systems Support: Assist in the maintenance and management of school IT systems, including Google Workspace, JotForm, and other platforms used by Cambridge. Willingness to learn and become proficient in these platforms is essential.
● Technology Implementation Support: Assist in researching and implementing new technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
● Data Management & Security: Support the team in ensuring the security and confidentiality of school data.
Marketing (Training and Development Provided):
● Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), creating engaging content, and responding to inquiries.
● Content Creation Support: Contribute to the development of marketing materials and content for social media, website, and newsletters.
● Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of school events.
● Marketing Administration: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, Assistant Vice President including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
● Recent college graduate with a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
● Basic IT skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software.
● Familiarity with or willingness to learn Google Workspace, JotForm, and other relevant platforms.
● Strong interest in marketing and a willingness to learn.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Passion for early childhood education is a plus.
