Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Manila for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution. Key tasks include coordination with suppliers, expediting workflows, supervising inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of results aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively
  • Knowledge and experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timelines are adhered to
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Experience with Inspection processes to guarantee quality and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications in project and logistics management are a plus
