MedEthix Inc, a leading global provider of innovative medical solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist (Urology) - Davao-Gen San & Cotabato to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical expertise, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers in the South Luzon region.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively promote urology product portfolio to healthcare professionals in the South Luzon region
  • Provide comprehensive product training and technical support to healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver the best possible patient care
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and inform product development strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the urology segment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, urologists, and hospital procurement teams
  • Strong technical understanding of urology medicines and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the South Luzon region
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or business administration
