Product/Business Development Specialist

  • Must be a graduate of BS Agriculture or any Agriculture related course
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in product development, product management, or a related role, preferably within a business that serves large or key accounts.
  • Understanding of agricultural practices and challenges
  • Experience in conducting or overseeing product trials,field testing, and efficacy studies.
  • Can drive two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles
  • Can work and travel alone most of the time
  • With good sales track records/accomplishments;
  • Can demonstrate good and problem-solving skills;
  • Optimistic, Trustworthy, Team player, Honest and Goal-driven;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications;
  • Has experience in driving and has a license (RC: 1, 2);
  • Can sustain long travel
