Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach. Key tasks include developing strategies for business growth, managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve corporate goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaue. The role requires an experienced professional with strong skills in client negotiation, networking, and strategic planning to drive success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business strategy, client relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Strong abilities in market research, identifying business opportunities, and understanding industry trends
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Expertise in sales techniques, customer engagement, and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage projects effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or staffing industries is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
