Direct message the job poster from Healthway PhilippinesJob Summary:The Chief Financial Officer directs and manages the operations of all financial related affairs of the Company and serves as the chief financial adviser to the CEO or COO.Duties and Responsibilities:Keep the CEO/COO informed on the state of financial health of the CompanyAssist in the preparation of the budget and development of long and short-range objectives for the business operations of the Company. Work with Company divisions to determine capital requirements and operating budget projections as well as funding requirements and availability.

Develop period cash flow analysis to aid in determining cash available for investment and to fund expenses and maturing financial obligations

Prepare monthly financial statements and related budget reports as well as budget adjustments, additions, and deletions

Implement fiscal policies established by Country laws and Local Government Unit regulations in the Company' areas of business operations.Compile, maintain, and file all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required for regulatory compliance

Prepare and publish comprehensive annual financial report in compliance with Governmental Regulations and standards

Evaluate accounting procedures, systems, and controls in the Corporate organization and the SBUs and recommend improvements in their design, implementation, and maintenance.Maintain a continuous auditing program for all funds and assist the Company's independent auditors in conducting the annual or periodic audit.Provide leadership to achieve cost-effective practices throughout the Company.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or finance

Certified Public AccountantMaster's in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Advanced technical knowledge of finance, budgeting, management and cost accounting systems, and economics

Working knowledge of financial applications and accounting

Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and do word processing

Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data

Ability to manage budget and personnel

Ability to coordinate across functions

Ability to set Financial PolicyStrong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills

Ten (10) years experience in a finance management position

Residing or willing to be assigned in Cebu CitySeniority level
