Qualifications

  • Graduate of a four-year course
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Accounting (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience as a payroll staff member
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information securely

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting, computing, and recording data to manage payroll information
  • Revising payroll files by updating employee details or benefits, including job title changes, exemptions, and savings deductions
  • Creating reports that summarize earnings, tax withholdings, leave balances, compassionate leave, and non-taxable income
  • Addressing payroll inconsistencies and responding to employee inquiries regarding pay
  • Ensuring payroll processes are carried out in line with company policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Davao City (Davao del Sur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
